Itโs amazing to see how much Pitton Cross Farm has changed over the last 50 years.
Back then, the farm was owned by the Button family, who many of our guests still meet today as they run the neighbouring caravan and campsite. The farm itself was much larger, and the old barns were busy working buildings at the heart of everyday farm life.
Today, Pitton Cross Farm sits within 12 acres, much of which is still actively farmed by the Beynon family, helping to keep that agricultural heritage alive.
The farmhouse later became a much-loved holiday let for around 20 years before we bought the farm in October 2021. Since then, weโve spent the last five years carefully restoring the old buildings, preserving their history while giving them a new purpose as places for people to stay and make memories of their own.
Every barn has a story, and although their role has changed, we hope that heritage still shines through in our holiday lets, each inspired by the old life of the farm and the buildings that once stood here.
