Tonight is a big night for The Consumer Helpline - the Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2025 are here, and we're proud to announce that several of our colleagues have made it to the finals!

The Welsh Contact Centre Awards celebrate excellence across our industry and reaching the finals is a huge achievement in itself. It recognises not only the hard work and talent of the individuals nominated but also the teamwork and support behind them.

We're very proud to share that the following individuals have been shortlisted as finalists this year:
