When we’re getting your trip all booked, there are a few must-check points that can save you stress later on…

🛡 Travel Insurance
This one’s HUGE! Please, please take out insurance as soon as we book. We never know what the future holds, and things can happen that mean you might need to cancel. Good cover gives you peace of mind from day one.

💺 Pre-booked Seats
I’m not a big fan of paying for them unnecessarily… BUT to avoid last-minute panic and the stress of being separated, I always recommend adding them at the time of booking. The cost can be spread across your payments — so no big hit all at once.

📘 Passports
Check yours now – not the night before travel! Make sure it’s in date, undamaged, and free from rips, doodles, or water damage. And yes… also make sure you actually know where they are!

🛂 Visas
Rules can change quickly. Keep updated by signing up for travel alerts via the FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office). I’ve popped the link below so you can register for updates for the country you’re visiting.
