WE’VE GOT BIG NEWS 🚂🏔️ We are opening early to the SUMMIT!

We were due to reopen on 1st May, but we’re now delighted to confirm we will be travelling to the summit from Saturday 25th April.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the very top of Wales for those incredible summit views!

A huge thank you goes to our incredible Engineering and Permanent Way teams, who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to recommission Hafod Eryri and prepare the line for full summit operations once again, making this early reopening possible.

🎉 Barmouth Fest – Ticket Update 🎉

We’re excited to announce
tickets for Barmouth Fest will be available on Eventbrite From 7pm 26/2/2026

📅 Festival Dates & Times:
Friday 8th May: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday 9th May: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

This year will be a little different.
We’ve been given permission to welcome up to 3,000 people, which is amazing news and means an even bigger and better atmosphere for everyone.

Over the past years, Barmouth Fest has always been a free event. Unfortunately, after losing £8,000 last year, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to introduce ticket charges so we can continue running the festival for the community but still keeping it affordable.

🎟 Weekend Ticket Prices:•
Adults: £15•
Children: £7.50

👉 Please note: There will be no single-day tickets available — weekend tickets only.

We truly appreciate your support and understanding — charging for tickets is the only way we can keep Barmouth Fest going and make sure it returns year after year. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all again!
