Hi, I'm Megan, and after almost 10 years in the travel industry, I am now a self-employed Travel Counsellor - crafting bespoke holidays, built around you and your interests. Starting my career in customer service and checking holiday tickets, before advertising premium travel product for 6 years in marketing, I came to the conclusion that tailor-made holidays are not about the price tag, but simpl

Once booked, you will never go through to a call centre. I am available pre-travel, during, and post-travel for anything you may need, accessible by my direct line. Introduced by the US military administration as a reliable protein source when fresh meat was scarce, Spam is still going strong today 💪💙💛

When visiting Japan (or looking for a guilty pleasure snack to make at home!), try this 4 ingredient sandwich: 😋
🍙 Sushi rice
🍙 Sushi seaweed (nori)
🍙 Sliced pan-fried Spam (ideally soaked in soy sauce)
🍙 Plain omelette (add miso paste to raw egg for extra flavour)

Then combine on the flat seaweed before folding 🙌
