Gateway to Gigha – Route 3 – Càrn na Faire 🌿

On a good day, it’s hard to beat this viewpoint. Take a short uphill walk to this prehistoric cairn at the island’s north watch point which was once used as a burial site and vantage point. Via a short way-marked ascent, the climb is awarded with fantastic views of Islay, Jura, the mainland, and Eilean Garbh to the south.

Due to a cancellation I have The Byre free from Saturday 23rd July 2022 - Friday 29th July 2022. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/diner and a large lounge. Please pm me if you would like to know more! Thanks Liz

Thought we would highlight our Scallop and Black Pudding Roll today.

A Glasgow Roll Topped with Dressed Peashoots, A slice of Stornoway Black Pudding and 2 Large Uist Scallops Sliced in two fried in Anchovy Butter and a wee dollop of Piccalilli.

We will be changing our opening hours from next week to:

Wednesday to Saturday 12-6pm
Sunday 12-4pm
Monday and Tuesday CLOSED
