Goodbye dry January.. from this February Ben will be hosting Create your own Gin experiences in The Barn!

Enjoy an evening or afternoon including the following…

~ welcome gin fizz

~ learn a little about the history of gin & different styles, sample them too

~ select your unique botanicals from an array of fresh & dried herbs, berries, citrus flavours, even black pepper, vanilla, ginger, chili and of course the crucial juniper

~ Ben will guide you through the creation of your own gin in a classic copper still

~ as your gin distills relax and enjoy more gin cocktails, grazing boards of sweet & savoury treats with flavours to compliment the gin

~ create a label and finish your 700cl bottle to take home
