Our luxury caravan ("The Arran") with hot tub and FREE WIFI is based at the award winning Tattershall Lakes. It is placed between the Waterski Lake and Jetski Lake, with a beautiful view over Waterski Lake, and is only a short walk from the central hub (Merlin Centre), where you’ll find guest services/the swimming pools/bars/restaurants/arcade etc

No Pets allowed (the owners have severe pet allergies)
No Smoking/drugs (this ban includes e-cigarettes)
Visitors must adhere to the hot tub safety guidelines, and no glassware is to be used in the hot tub. Bookings are available for weekend stays (Friday-Monday) or weekday stays (Monday - Friday). The caravan features two tier decking overlooking the lake, with a large square hot tub on the upper deck, and outdoor furniture on the lower deck. The space
The living area is spacious with 2 settees, a large smart TV and Playstation 3 (doubling up as a blu ray player). The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing table, wardrobes & storage, and a wall mounted smart TV. The second bedroom has full sized twin beds (not small ones as you'll find in many properties at Tattershall Lakes), with a dressing table, wardrobe and it's own wall mounted smart tv. The third bedroom has 1 full sized single bed, with wardrobe and wall mounted smart tv. We have a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, crockery, glasses and utensils. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as the oven, with grill and 4 hobs. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. There is also a second bathroom with a sink and toilet. Guest access
In order to access many of the shared site facilities such as bars, pools and activities you will need to purchase a guest pass. These cannot be purchased on site, and must be purchased by an owner on your behalf. Other things to note
The local Sainsbury's Asda & Tesco will deliver your shopping to your caravan. The Propeller bar on site will deliver takeaways to your caravan. There are some great pubs /restaurants nearby, without going to the Merlin complex such as :
