We truly value every guest who chooses to stay in our caravan, and we always aim to keep our prices as fair and affordable as possible. Unfortunately, the ground rent and associated site fees have recently increased by 15%, and despite doing everything we can to absorb these rising costs, we now need to make a small adjustment to our nightly rate.

From the 2026 season onward, our prices will increase by 2.5%. This is not a decision we’ve taken lightly, and we want to reassure you that the increase simply allows us to continue maintaining the caravan to a high standard and providing the comfortable, enjoyable experience our guests expect.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and continued support — it means a lot to us.
