Yesterday marked 20 years of Harriet Short working with me 🩷🩷

Harriet was only 16 when she walked through my door, and Jack was just 6 months old…..two decades later, she has become so much more than an employee,she is truly part of our family. ❤️

Harriet has been there through so many chapters of our lives, always loyal, kind, hardworking and simply Harriet. From day one, she has been so loved and appreciated, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had her beside me for all these years.

Yesterday was a really difficult day for me. Every special occasion, every milestone and every reminder of the life we had with Jack hurts so unbelievably deeply. 😢🌻

I’m sorry I didn’t manage to write this yesterday, Harriet. I was just trying my hardest to get through our day🩷🩷

But please know this… you are so very loved, so very appreciated and so very much a part of us.

Here’s to 20 years, Harriet and to all the memories still to make. 🥂❤️

Harriet has had a 2pm appointment become available tomorrow 💇🏼‍♀️✨

This is her last day before her long weekend, and she’ll then be back with us on Tuesday, so if you fancy getting your hair done before the weekend, this could be the perfect little opportunity! 🥰

🌸 A little Escape & Euphoria update 🌸

Just a little heads-up for our lovely clients 💗

Harriet is enjoying a well-deserved long weekend off, and tomorrow (Thursday) will be her last day before she’s back in the salon on Tuesday. 🥰

Kira and Katie are also having Saturday off as we’re heading off for a little jewellery-making day 💍✨

So, with all three of us enjoying a little time away, Escape & Euphoria will be closed this Saturday.

We hope you all have a lovely weekend and we’ll be back to our usual salon hours next week! 🩷

Today I’m closing the salon because it’s our beautiful Harriet’s birthday celebration 🥳❤️

Life is too short not to grab those precious moments with the people who matter. Work will always be there, but memories, laughter and celebrating the special people in our lives are what truly count 🩷🩷

So today is about making memories, raising a glass, and showing Harriet just how loved and appreciated she is. 💕🌻
