💃🏻All prices DO NOT include entertainment passes, these have to be purchased through Haven. This can be done when I have added your booking to the app where you will be able to purchase passes and book activities.⛳️🎾⚽️🎨🏊🏻♂️
📡Starlink Wi-Fi to be installed this weekend! (29th May), you will be given private access to this. Only other Wi-Fi is in the Haven Complex. 4/5G is patchy at best. Any bookings before the Wi-Fi is installed should be aware of this and possibly re-consider your dates or check with me if Wi-Fi is up and running if this is an important factor for.
🧳You will need to BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN and TOWELS, (including tea towels and cloths for the kitchen) These are NOT supplied.
🐶Dog friendly, no supplement required; I just ask that you respect the furniture. Bringing your own throws to put on the sofas so they can cwtch with you would be appreciated!
Dog walking field is directly behind the caravan.
£50 refundable damage / extra cleaning bond is required on booking. This will be refunded as soon as the caravan has been checked and cleaned on your departure.
🔑Keys will be available in a key safe attached to the caravan. The code is changed after every departure and will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Keys must be placed back in the key safe on departure day.
🕓The caravan will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow time to get the caravan cleaned and made up ready for the next guests to arrive, if the caravan is ready any earlier I will of course let you know.
✅️BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
A £50 non refundable deposit to secure your dates of 3, 4 or 7 nights.
Payment is by bank transfer and you are welcome to make instalments if you wish; contact me to let me know when you are paying.
Full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival date although if this is less than 6 weeks away I would need the full payment at time of booking.
❗️CANCELLATION TERMS
If your break is cancelled by me for any reason, any money paid will be returned to you in full.
• GUEST CANCELLATION CHARGES
More than 42 days = lose deposit amount
28-42 days = lose 50% of holiday price
8-28 days = lose 75% of holiday price
7 days or less = lose 100% of holiday price
