“We ensure a memorable first impression, maintain high cleaning standards through constant checks, and communicate regularly throughout the day. A welcome hamper is always appreciated, too! If any issues arise during a guest’s stay, we tackle them quickly and efficiently to minimise disruption.”
4️⃣ Can you share a memorable success story from a guest stay?
“A guest once messaged us about soiled sheets on the bed where his daughter was sleeping. We immediately replaced the linen, offered a partial refund, and sent a hamper of goodies as an apology. He later left us a glowing 5-star review for how we handled the situation.”
5️⃣ What challenges have you faced when managing guest expectations, and how have you overcome them?
“Initially, we would visit the property for every small issue. But now, thanks to improved internal property notes, most queries can be resolved via a quick call or email, leading to faster and more effective resolutions.”

“We’re focusing even more on attention to detail: regular deep cleans, keeping up with maintenance, and consistently acting on guest feedback—whether it’s positive or negative.”
