There have been reports of lots of scams going around and people pretending to own vans etc.
If youre unsure when booking you can contact haven directly or ask for proof of ownership from the person youre booking with 🥰
If people are genuine they will not have an issue with you checking they are who they say they are ❤️
Many owners also know each other so if they dont have certain dates available they may be able to ask if someone else does on your behalf ☺️
Its a shame i even have to write this post but there are some awful people out there 😫

Good afternoon all 🥰☀️
Hope youre all enjoying the last few days of half term!
So we are currently down the van and have noticed a couple of issues 😬
If you have any problems at all when renting out the van please let us or the on site reception team know so that these can be fixed 😊
Accidents happen and arent always preventable but if you let us know a glass or something is broken or any other issues you notice things can be replaced ❤️

Many people on park are currently experiencing an issue with ants 🐜

These are unfortunately out of both private owners and the parks control 💔

Haven are giving these posters to people who rent through them 📬

I always find putting a line of fair liquid near entry points helps but of course be aware of pets 🐕

There are bins on the main road directly opposite our street entrance 🗑

Does anyone else have any helpful tips? 💡

Oh my gosh ive only just managed to fix this so that I can post again! 🙈🙈🙈

I am very sorry its been so long I did an update and then could literally only use the messages feature 😩😩😩😩
