Our first collection of events is Poolside & Garden sessions with Sophie Rosalyn Yoga, starting Thursday 22nd May with an evening of sound bath meditation, swimming and sunset yoga.

🌊 Introducing Mother and Baby Swim Sessions! 🐬

We're excited to announce our new swim sessions designed especially for mothers and their little ones aged 5 and under! Join us for a fun and engaging experience that promotes bonding, water confidence, and early swimming skills.

Details:
- Who: 1 Adult & 1 Child
- Cost: £8 per session
- Age Group: Suitable for children under 5 years
- When: Mondays from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Starting From: Monday, 5th May

Our drop-in sessions will be held in a safe and welcoming environment, where you can splash around, play games, and enjoy quality time with your child. A staff member will be on hand to assist, ensuring a fantastic experience for both of you.
