Update regarding Howzat Travel 🏏
Firstly, thank you to all of those who travelled with us this winter. Whilst The Ashes didn't quite go as planned on the field, we received overwhelmingly positive feedback from those who travelled. Since Australia, we have already been back out on Tour - this time for the white ball series in Sri Lanka.
I am getting in touch today to share an update with you on the future plans for Howzat Travel. Since the acquisition of Howzat Travel by Gullivers Sports Travel in 2022, we have continued to run two separate programmes for the Howzat and Gullivers brands.
However, going forwards we have made the decision to combine these into one Gullivers Sports Travel branded programme.
We believe this gives us the best opportunity to maximise customer experience, ensure we have the optimal group sizes for our escorted tours and allows us to put on some fantastic events and experiences on tour combined as one larger programme.
Nothing changes about the care, quality or expertise you’ve come to expect - the existing Howzat Tour Managers will become part of the Gullivers Tour Manager team, and the same team in the office will be working on our cricket programmes.🏏
Going forward, Howzat clients are invited to book directly with Gullivers Sports Travel online or by calling +44 (0) 2920 004 818, and we will cease to trade under the Howzat Travel brand name.
From today, when visiting the Howzat website, you will be redirected to the Gullivers website where you will see the exciting range of cricket tours that we have available.
