I really don't know why I put myself through these things....call it market research I guess!

Anyway, each resort kindly arranged a snorkeling trip for us but for one reason or another, mainly the weather, they kept getting cancelled. I took it as a sign that it wasn't meant to be....until this morning.

With trepidation, I decided to give ut a go. This snorkeling trip involved jumping from a boat but you can also snorkeling from the beach sometimes. This gives you more control I think, and with hindsight, would be my preference.

Anyway, as you can see, I made myself look ridiculous and donned all the gear, the things I do for you guys 😂

I'm glad I did it, and if I can, anyone can but not sure I'd try it again.

It was a fabulous 24hrs spent at and finding out what kind of customers they cater for and experiencing the vibe for myself. It's essential work for a travel agent who is serious about meeting their client's expectations.

I've come away with a much better understanding of who this resort will suit.

I'm now at and immediately I can see this is a very different offering. You can't often tell from a picture on a website.

So, if you want to experience the Maldives and get it right the first time, get in touch.

I know most of you guessed it....of course it is the Maldives! Apologies for the rushed video but this place is SO stunning, I haven't got time to update my socials.
Last night we ate in a restaurant sunk below the waves of the Lagoon, with fish swimming past our table as we dined. Just an incredible experience 😊
