Following the departure of yet more lovely guests we felt we needed to say A HUGE THANK YOU to you all for having such a caring, respectful attitude towards our little ‘Home from Home’ . We always aim to provide a lovely welcoming, warm and cosy environment.
And the sea views seem to be a consistent source of positive comments.

The past 2 years have been great and we have met amazing people from the UK and across the world.

It’s just over a year from receiving our first guests through the door of our NorthernSky apartment. It’s been amazing meeting these adventurers, travellers, workers, members of families from near and far off lands.
Around 174 individual guests have visited our ‘Home from Home’ so far.

We love this small corner of wilderness heaven in the far north of Scotland. So we have decided to use some of the profits to create a planting programme on a small piece of land we own. Starting with mixed hedgerows of native coastal shrubs, moving on to native trees (broad leave, evergreen and fruit) and flowers. One for each of our treasured guests.

Year on year our goal is to plant more upon more; creating a diverse wildlife habitat heaven within our beautiful piece of heaven.
