No, this isn't a game of Travel Counsellors version of 'Where's Wally' 😂 These are my wonderful Home Counties colleagues. Each and every one is a super hero and have all worked tirelessly to get our clients home safely. We are different, we care and we go above and beyond for our clients and we all support each other 🥰

We of course want to get you away again as soon as possible, but the world will wait. We urge you to stay at home, look after yourselves and protect OUR WORLD ☀️🌎

As I’m sure you will guess it’s been a challenging few weeks for me & the Travel Industry in general but I’m so very grateful to all my clients who had their holiday plans cut short or have had to change for future dates. You have all been so patient and appreciative of me and our fabulous Travel Counsellors Support & Crisis Teams at Head Office who have been working round the clock to assist.
So, whilst this weekend may not be what we’re used to I hope you can all enjoy the time to relax and spend quality time with your family, enjoy the sunshine and simple things that we all now appreciate so much more.

In these "unprecedented times" this is a message for EVERYONE who has booked a holiday regardless of who you have booked with. I sincerely hope you have used a Travel agent, if not, perhaps these exceptional circumstances may just make you use one next time.
As you are aware things are changing rapidly, daily and throughout the day, however priority will be given to those due to travel in the next 72 hrs and those already away, so if that isn't you, please be patient with me.

Please Please Please if you are given options of AMENDING dates for your holiday or getting a full refund - please consider AMENDING - this will help the Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Airlines to "stay afloat" and save this wonderful industry.

You wanted to go on that holiday so re book it for later in 2020 or even in 2021- a lot of tour operators have flexible booking conditions at present.
Also once all this Coronavirus has died down there will be a "high demand" for holidays so it is inevitable that prices will rise - potentially significantly - on holidays departing later this year and in 2021.
Lots of cruise lines are giving future cruise credits which means you haven't even got to decide on what your doing yet.

Thank you for supporting this wonderful "travel industry" that I have been a part of for over 30 years.

You may have heard the unfortunate news that British airline Flybe has ceased trading. My priority is to ensure any of my customers who have a booking with Flybe, both in resort and due to travel, are looked after.
Please also rest assured that all customers who have Flybe bookings through Travel Counsellors are financially protected. Please contact me if you have any further questions.
