📢 Breathers is Back! Starting Tomorrow! 📢
I’m so excited to bring back this class, which I ran for over 2 years at my gym. The positive impact it had on participants was truly life-changing, and I can’t wait to see the difference it makes again!
What I love most about working with people with chronic illnesses is helping them rediscover their potential. So many feel like they’ve lost control over their symptoms or life, but exercise can improve—and sometimes even reverse—those symptoms.
For example, COPD sufferers who joined reported amazing changes:
❤️ Increased cardio endurance (from struggling with walking to being able to run!).
💪 Better strength, mobility, and ability to handle daily tasks.
😎 Improved confidence in themselves.
🌟 All it takes is showing someone they can do something they thought was impossible. From there, it’s a beautiful snowball effect as they start wondering, “What else can I do?” 🌟🏅
❓️WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS❓️
1) You’ll arrive, and I’ll take payment (cash or bank transfer).
2) The session will include a mix of cardio, strength, and functional exercises.
3) I’ll demonstrate everything, lead a gentle warm-up, and then let you work at your own pace.
4) Choose what you want to do, skip what you don’t, and adjust as needed. You can take breaks or leave early if you’ve had enough—this class is about finding your comfort zone and gently expanding it.
5) I’ll be there to guide, adapt, and encourage you every step of the way. We’ll wrap up with a stretch around 11:45, and you’ll leave feeling accomplished and energized!
