I know I’ve been a bit quiet on here, but I’m still very much around! I’m now exclusively working under Fort Fitness, which means I’ve phased out W.I.S.E. and have fully stepped into this new chapter.

But don’t worry—everything you loved before is still available! I’m here for the same services, just under the lovely Tania's roof instead! So, I'm mainly using this page to boost advertising for what we've got on at , but if you follow the page, you'll see it all there anyway!

I am excited to continue on this path with a nice 50/50 split with my time; half fitness work and half art business, so 100% fun! 😁

📢 Breathers is Back! Starting Tomorrow! 📢

I’m so excited to bring back this class, which I ran for over 2 years at my gym. The positive impact it had on participants was truly life-changing, and I can’t wait to see the difference it makes again!

What I love most about working with people with chronic illnesses is helping them rediscover their potential. So many feel like they’ve lost control over their symptoms or life, but exercise can improve—and sometimes even reverse—those symptoms.

For example, COPD sufferers who joined reported amazing changes:

❤️ Increased cardio endurance (from struggling with walking to being able to run!).

💪 Better strength, mobility, and ability to handle daily tasks.

😎 Improved confidence in themselves.

🌟 All it takes is showing someone they can do something they thought was impossible. From there, it’s a beautiful snowball effect as they start wondering, “What else can I do?” 🌟🏅

❓️WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS❓️

1) You’ll arrive, and I’ll take payment (cash or bank transfer).

2) The session will include a mix of cardio, strength, and functional exercises.

3) I’ll demonstrate everything, lead a gentle warm-up, and then let you work at your own pace.

4) Choose what you want to do, skip what you don’t, and adjust as needed. You can take breaks or leave early if you’ve had enough—this class is about finding your comfort zone and gently expanding it.

5) I’ll be there to guide, adapt, and encourage you every step of the way. We’ll wrap up with a stretch around 11:45, and you’ll leave feeling accomplished and energized!

📢 This class isn’t just for COPD sufferers—it’s perfect for anyone with physical or mental challenges who wants to regain control, build confidence, and take small, positive steps toward better health.

The brand new Fort Gym! Opening Saturday 4th January 🥳

It has a brilliant and interactive setup, lots of circuit and free weights equipment, along with cardio favourites, such as: Ski Erg, Assault Bike, Curved Treadmill, plus Treadmill and Rower.

I can't wait to offer PT and CLASSES! God, I've missed those!! I will be teaming up with Tan on some other fun fitness packages/events too!

My first shift will be Tuesday 7th and you can book PTs with me via www.tmtfortfitness, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays ☺️

I try to encourage my clients not to beat themselves up for getting into a state of being that they aren't proud of. Sometimes life can happen, and your body becomes something that it's all you can do to survive in, with no room for thriving! Still, you don't have to be trapped in that surviving body. You can pick yourself up and put yourself back together again. 😊

So here's mine; from the body I survived in, to the one that's rebuilding and on the road to thriving 💃🏼

I started getting back into a routine with training and eating better a couple of months ago and have lost 11.2lb since then, and on this 30 Day Shred, I have lost 5.1lb and 25cm 😊

Personally, I like to intermittent-fast, I'm on my 2nd year of it - just a simple 16:8 or 18:6 usually. I've been eating more intuitively and listening to my body's cues while focusing on quality of food, such as, getting all my colours of fruit/veg in, prioritising protein, eating more fibre and drinking enough water. For my training each week, I'm doing 2 weights (1 x oly lifting and 1 x wholebody), 2-3 x runs, and the odd circuit, too!

I am feeling much more like myself and am happy to be in pursuit of heavier lifts and faster run times like the good old days 😄

I couldn't get photos out of the other girls this time 😆 but we had between 3-7lb weightloss for them and lots of cms!!

Our next Shred is pencilled in for mid November, so keep an eye out or message me if you're interested 😊

Our Shred Winner 🏆

This lovely lady is 7.7lb and 42cm (🤯) down! She is a returning Shredder, and this is her best weight loss yet (as I finally got my hands on her diet 😆). We also incorporated intermittent fasting, which was a game changer for her, and she wishes to continue with that moving forward. She is also so motivated that she has signed up for a half marathon next year (and is twisting my arm to do it too... I might 😉)!💃🏼
