Just a short train journey from Torquay or Torre railway station and you can head out on a day trip to Dawlish. You won’t only see the beautiful black swans, but this untouched seaside town is so quaint and very much worth a visit.

Paignton Zoo is celebrating it’s Centenary. In 1923, Herbert Whitley, a lifelong bachelor, opened the gate to Paignton Zoo, formerly known as Torbay Zoological Gardens, for the first time.

Paignton Zoo is a great place to visit & as they say, it takes all day! 😍

Summer Solstice.

Watched the sunrise over Daddyhole plain this morning. Beautiful and peaceful. All I could hear were the waves and the birds 😍.

Fabulous to watch The Kings first Birthday Parade. Trooping the Colour this morning holds many memories for Lee and him Guards brothers 💂‍♀️

The colour was trooped by the Ensign, Second Lieutenant Freddie Hopkinson 23, of the Prince of Wales Company he did an incredible job. Well done 👍

Such an incredible fly past to top off a super morning.
