Sea Kayak Torbay is looking for a
**Trainee Tour Guide** to join our team.
✨ **Paddlesport qualifications are beneficial, experience kayaking essential– full onsite-training provided!**

If you’re confident, friendly, and keen to work on the water delivering unforgettable coastal experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Any outdoor leading or paddling experience will be beneficial and an interest in sharing our wildlife and geology to visiting families.

We are looking for a non-smoker, who is over 18 and is physically fit and sporty. Must be available weekends and holidays.

Do you love the seaside and thrive in a leadership role? Are you over 19 a non-smoker and physically fit? We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Beach Manager to lead our team at one of Torquay’s most popular family-friendly beaches!

This is an exciting opportunity to:
🏖️ Oversee daily beach operations
👥 Lead and motivate a fantastic team
🛟 Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
🎉 Help deliver fun, family-focused experiences

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, great organisation, and a passion for creating memorable days by the sea. Weekend and holiday availability is essential.

Position to commence from 30th March. Competitive Salary.
