Home Comforts Caravan Hire We have a choice of 2 & 3 bedroom high spec caravans that offer high end quality & comfort. All have deckings fitted, heating & tv's in all bedrooms.

We have built our business up over the last 12 years and have a huge amount of repeat customers who return to us year after year. All caravans have heating throughout, tv's in all bedrooms, family size fridge/freezers & decking's with table & chairs. Our caravans are high spec/quality and furnished to a very high standard. We provide what we expect, modern spacious caravans that are comfortable, h

omely, well equipped and maintained and most importantly CLEAN. DOGS - We have dogs ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome small, well behaved dogs in select caravans.

Hi all, sorry Iā€™ve not responded to comments or messages, Iā€™ve had a really difficult few weeks with my kittens, but after 18 days of syringe feeding them every 2 hours unfortunately they couldnā€™t fight anymore and the 3rd kitten passed away today šŸ˜¢

Mummy Matilda still has 1 healthy plump kitten to care for so sheā€™s keeping busy focusing on that one šŸ„°

Now that Iā€™m not needed for round the clock care Iā€™ll be spending all weekend catching up with deposit refunds, booking forms, confirmation letters and website updates, etc.

If youā€™ve been waiting for a response from myself rest assured I will be in touch shortly.

Whatā€™s peoples opinion on this situation?
2 people hired a van for a week, they make very little attempt to clean up after themselves, food staines, crumbs, spillages etc. Toilets left heavily stained but worst of all theyā€™d been smoking inside the van! The to***co stench hit you as soon as you open the door and thereā€™s cigarette ash on the bedside cabinets.
Do you -
(a) tell them as theyā€™ve breached your t&cā€™s theyā€™re not getting their Ā£50 deposit back.
(b) save yourself from getting a load of abuse and slander on social media and just refund the deposit?
On one hand Iā€™m thinking well there was no damage just extra cleaning and air freshener but on the other hand they couldā€™ve fell asleep with their lit cigarette and burned my caravan down.

Customers that have booked the non dog friendly KNIGHTSBRIDGE will be pleased to know itā€™s had a new washing machine fitted that should be simpler to use compared to the old washer/dryer that was a bit confusing and temperamental šŸ„“
