Good afternoon.
Some years ago I was attending a buisness lunch over some glazing work with a man named Joe Cross.
He represented a local well known development company called iliad.
On our way to lunch we past a homeless
Man and he said sir.
Joe had been a sergeant in the army previously and a good friend and immediately turned around,not recognising the man at first the man said his name.
Joe went straight to his wallet and handed the man some money and had a little talk,Joe reassuring the man were he could contact him.
We walked on to lunch and I could see Joe was visibly shocked.
What's the matter I asked Joe.
He replied that man was one of the finest soldiers he had ever met and he had suffered pmsd it was a very quiet lunch and something I never forgot.
Sadly Joe passed away a few years later.
Why have I posted this message.

Paula has worked for many good causes and continues to do so.
When she worked for Everton in the community she asked me to talk to the students about my own journey in life which i so was happy to do so.
If anybody who sees this post has any spare clothes to pass on that I can drop of to Paula to pass on please contact me and I will call and collect the items.
