Hearthstanes Estate - Self Catering Holiday Cottages Hearthstanes Estate is a working family hill farm and holiday & stalking destination within the picturesque Tweedsmuir Hills of the Scottish Borders.

Hearthstanes Estate is located 35 miles south of Edinburgh in the Scottish Borders. The Estate is a traditional upland cattle and sheep farm with extensive forestry. Our original field stone and slate farm buildings have been lovingly converted into four dwellings. Each has its own living-room and kitchen, and between one and three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. In total we can accommodate up

to 24 guests (including sofa-beds). We offer wonderful natural scenery for hiking, biking, fishing, Sika and Roe deer stalking, and sightseeing. Standard Rate £75 (1 bed cottage), £85 (2 bed cottage) and £95 (3 bed cottage) (please inquire for details). Bookings and inquiries can be made via http://www.hearthstanes.com/
