As many of you may know, Thames Valley Travel has been part of the Triangle Travel family since 2021. In todayโs fast-paced environment, running two separate brands behind the scenes has become increasingly intricate, so the time feels right to unite fully under one name.
Making this decision wasn't easy. Carol, who many of you know, built an extraordinary business when she started Thames Valley Travel, and honouring that legacy made the idea of changing the name difficult. However, while the brand name is changing, everything else remains exactly as you know it.
Here is what you need to know:
The Same Team & Location: Katie, Jo, Amanda, and I are all still based right here at our Twyford premises.
The Same Contact Details: You can continue to reach us on the same telephone number - 0118 9341312
Email Communication: You can still email us using our original Thames Valley email addresses. When we reply, our messages will come from our new Triangle Travel addresses.
A quick heads-up: Travel-related emails sometimes have a habit of landing in junk folders. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk box over the coming weeks and mark our new Triangle Travel email addresses as "safe" or "approved" so you don't miss any updates.
