If you're bored of run-of-the-mill clowns, magicians and balloon modellers, and want an experienced, talented entertainer who will stimulate your child's imagination, look no further. He weaves magical imaginative adventures from your child’s favourite interests, keeping them hooked from start to finish. Space adventures? No problem! You name it, and Mr Roo will create a story adventure based upon

it. He’ll also take the lead with your party, working in any games you’d like and your timings, so that you don’t need to worry about a thing. Mr Roo is DBS checked, and has more than 9 years’ experience in working with children. During that time he has honed his skills to focus on the 4-8 year old age range. He knows how children think and adapts in the moment to create unique, organically developing stories. His knowledge of child development and playwork means he can encourage and develop children’s creative imagination, all while they’re having amazing fun! Mr Roo specialises in parties for children aged 4-8 years, and is available for parties up to half an hour's travelling time from Reading, Berkshire. From Safeguarding to Playwork, Jabadao Developmental Movement to Inclusive and Outdoor Play, Mr. Roo is virtually an imaginative play ninja. In fact, whether from a Reading Borough Council play session in the park, or a school-based session in Berkshire, chances are your child, or one of their friends, already knows Mr Roo. Mr Roo was asked to set up as a private children’s entertainer approximately 273 times before he actually did. (OK, we don’t know the exact number, because he stopped counting after a while. But, you get the idea – he’s here by popular demand.) Mr Roo focuses on play experiences that capture children’s minds. With a Mr Roo party, there won’t be a balloon or magic trick in sight, just lots of smiling little faces. He devotes extra time and attention to making sure your little one feels truly special, with an important role to play in the adventure they’ve chosen. He brings just enough bits and bobs to enhance the play adventure. With the right encouragement, children will then create entire worlds using their own imaginations. Mr Roo wants every child to enjoy his adventures. From helping even shy children to embrace the play, to adapting play for different physical or learning abilities, he makes the party fun for everyone.
