📣PAGE ANNOUNCEMENT📣

Some of you may have been aware that both our chalets were on the market and were sold earlier in the year,it has taken a good few months to get to the point of completion and this will be happening on the 6th of September.
Alison and I would like to thank all of our lovely guests for supporting our little venture over the past few years and we hope that you will continue to choose Snowdonia Chalets Breaks which will be taken over on Friday by a lovely local couple Shelley and Neil who are so excited to get going.
Guests who have outstanding/bookings and payments have been notified and Shelley and Neil will be in contact to organise payment etc.
Everything accept personal details ie phone number will remain the same,the FB page,the website,the booking system,however,please bear with us for a few days post transfer of ownership to allow everything to be set up with Shelley and Neils details.

Firstly I would like to thank Tim and Alison for selling us their fabulous chalets. Neil and I (Shelley) are looking forward to continuing the great work that has gone into running and letting out number 7 Erw porthor and number 8 the woodlands. We will be continuing on the same track for letting the chalets out as holiday lets so for you nothing will change. We endeavour to keep standards high! The page and website will just have a change of contact details but remain the same. We will bring with us a wealth of knowledge in customer relations and hospitality. I hope you will continue to support us as you have Tim and Alison and we wish you a great holiday. Please feel free to to message us with any concerns you may have and we will be happy to help.
