It's time for updating the Hideaway website, and I can't think of a better day.

The sun is shining, and guests in the huts are relaxing. The cottage is ready for new guests tomorrow.

I have my book ready for when I finish, and I'm going to enjoy sitting in the garden this afternoon.

Even on a cold and wet febuary day, the studio is an inviting and cosy space for two 🫶

What a sunrise to end the Shepherd Hut season!

The Shepherd Huts are now closed and will reopen in April 2025, ready to begin the new season of off grid retreats.

It has been a fantastic start to our new offering of off grid holidays in the beautiful Sussex countryside.

We have enjoyed meeting so many different people, all wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives.
Most have embraced the downtime, and some have struggled to put their phones down 🤣

We live in a fast-paced world full of electronics with a need for entertainment. The huts are a perfect place to STOP.
Put down your phones and ipads. Read a book, try a crossword, sudoku, play card games, paint or craft, watch the sunset in the evening, wake early for a walk, and enjoy this sunrise.

Just look at what you would miss 👆

We look forward to seeing you next year!

It was a beautiful sunset last night, and we woke to a stunning morning mist!

The Studio is now open for October bookings.

We welcome couples or solo travellers at the studio, set in beautiful gardens in a rural position.

A car is needed if you want to explore the area however many guests have travelled via train from London for a countryside retreat.

Our Shepherd huts have gorgeous breakfast hampers supplied by the local farm shop using local producers and meat from their own farm. 😋

A gorgeous day in Sussex!

Our huts are nestled in one of our fields. It's the perfect spot to get away from it all. Bring a book and enjoy the outdoors.
