WEEKEND RESCUE: Hot Tub Hero!

When a customer's hot tub at our Middlesex lodge started tripping the power this weekend, we jumped into action!

Diagnosed the fault quickly and spotted that it was the pump causing issues. But here's where it gets interesting...

Saturday morning dash to A Bigger Splash near Richmond, and we managed to secure a brand new replacement pump straight away!

No waiting around, no disappointed customers. Just swift problem-solving and dedication to keeping your holiday perfect.

By afternoon, we had: • Fitted the new pump • Thoroughly tested everything • Brought the water temperature to a perfect 38 degrees.

Woodland Walk Update

Our beautiful woodland boundary walk has received some TLC!

We carried out some essential maintenance work last week to ensure our woodland paths remain safe and enjoyable for all our guests.

What we did: • Cleared overgrown vegetation • Repaired sections affected by recent rainfall • Improved drainage along key sections of the path.

Did you know? Regular maintenance of woodland paths helps protect local wildlife habitats while making the walks more accessible for everyone to enjoy

Dales and Coast: A Yorkshire Adventure
Where rolling dales meet endless sky, And dry stone walls climb mountains high, Our Kiplin Lodge awaits with care, A Yorkshire welcome, warm and fair.

Tails wagging, paws upon the ground, our faithful friends bound all around, through heather moors and valleys deep, where memories form that we shall keep.

The morning mist lifts from the hills, What wonders shall this day instil? With children's laughter filling the air, and dogs exploring without care.

Through ancient limestone paths, white, past waterfalls that gleam with light, the Dales unfold their rare treasures, a natural playground everywhere.

Then to the coast, where rugged cliffs stand tall against the sea's swift drift, where fossil hunts and rock pools call, and salty air enchants us all.

At Robin Hood's Bay we roam the shore, Or Whitby's steps—one hundred, four times more, While dogs chase waves with boundless glee, Their joy, a sight for all to see.

Back to our lodge as day grows old, With stories waiting to be told, The hot tub bubbles, warm and sweet, While tired paws rest at our feet.

Stars appear in Yorkshire's night, Family gathered, holding tight, Dogs curled up in peaceful sleep, These precious moments ours to keep.

At Kiplin Lodge, where time stands still, between the coast and rolling hills, with family, dogs, and nature's grace, we've found our perfect happy place.

Morning Magic: Nature's Blue Carpet Unfolds
Just stepped out for my morning walk and...wow! The woodland floor has transformed into a sea of bluebells overnight!

Nothing beats that first breath of crisp spring air while surrounded by nature's finest show. The bluebells are at their absolute peak right now - that magical sweet spot between mid-April and mid-May when they create perfect carpets of blue.

Did you know we have over half the world's bluebells right here in Britain? Their sweet scent filled the air as I wandered along the path (staying on it, of course - these delicate beauties take 5+ years to establish!).

Spotted a few cheeky squirrels darting between trees and even caught sight of a deer in the distance. The morning dew made everything sparkle...

What's your favourite spring sight? These bluebells have certainly made my day brighter!
