A Place Called Home. ❤️

Some places are more than just where we live.
They hold our memories, our music, our dreams — and sometimes the beginning of something new.

After an intense and inspiring time, I’m grateful to have a little more space again for creativity, music, art and the ideas still waiting to be brought to life.

This is one of those places where many stories have already been written — and where new ones are quietly beginning.

𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆. 🌅

After a wonderful few days in Marrakech, followed by an intense and productive week back home — with important projects handed over, chapters coming to an end and space opening up for what lies ahead — this morning feels particularly special.

Sometimes it is good to simply stop for a moment.
To wake up at home, look out over Lake Zurich, watch the first light of the day and realise how much there is to be grateful for.

For the places we have been.
For the things we have accomplished.
For the people around us.

And for the simple privilege of waking up to a view like this.

Today, no rushing. Just a little time to breathe, enjoy the moment and be thankful. ❤️

A new Marrakech story. 🌴❤️

Marrakech has been part of my world for more than ten years — a city I return to again and again for its colours, light, people and extraordinary creative energy.

For many years, one particular riad belonged to that story. And now, a new chapter has begun.

We discovered Riad Le Rihani in the heart of the Medina — a beautiful and peaceful place filled with warmth, character and wonderful people. From quiet mornings on the rooftop to dinner beside the courtyard pool, it immediately felt special.

In my new Places & Stories feature, I share our stay, my photographs and a little of my own Marrakech story — from earlier memories and creative projects to this wonderful new discovery.

Back at one of our Marrakech favourites. ❤️

We always love returning to Restaurant Bagatelle — a place with its very own character and timeless charm.🍴🍸🍝

The beautiful interior, with its warm wood, deep red tones, vintage photographs and classic French bistro atmosphere, creates a wonderfully nostalgic setting.

Add to that the genuinely friendly service and excellent food, and it is easy to understand why we keep coming back.

Another lovely Sunday lunch in Marrakech. ✨

Some places simply feel right. ❤️

For more than ten years, Marrakech has been a place we return to again and again. A city that has always given me so much inspiration and creative energy — through its colours, its light, its scents, its architecture and that very special atmosphere that is so difficult to describe.

For many years, our home here was always the same — the wonderful Riad Enija, which sadly no longer exists as we knew it.

And now we have found Riad Le Rihani.
What a wonderful discovery. A beautiful and peaceful place in the heart of the Medina, filled with warmth, charm and incredibly friendly people. And the dinner here? Absolutely delicious. ✨

After all these years in Marrakech, finding a new place that immediately feels this welcoming is something rather special.
We are very happy here — and Marrakech continues to inspire me. ❤️
