Glamping in our luxury en-suite pods in the Scottish Highlands. Amazing views. Great memories. Bedding and towels are included for your stay.

Loch Shin Luxury Pods offer self-catering, short, or long-term accommodation in luxury en-suite pods from £89 per night. Each Pod has a view of the stunning Loch Shin in the distance (please note we are not Loch side) and is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, two-ringed cooking hob, kettle and TV/DVD player. Some of the pods have individual fire pits while the pods with decks have a communal

one. Every pod has a picnic bench. They are perfect for exploring the Far North and North Coast 500. We are open from March to November but winter breaks might be possible if plenty of notice is given. Prices start at £89 for up to 2 people, £99 for 3 people and £119 for 4 people.

🌿🐿 Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Sarah and Jerry to Loch Shin Glamping Pods but behind the scenes, these two are on an incredible mission. ❤️

Sarah and Jerry dedicate their time and energy to protecting one of Britain’s most treasured native species — the red squirrel. Their dedication recently earned them a well-deserved feature in the BBC iPlayer documentary on Cumbria’s Red Squirrels, where they share their story, their conservation work, and the challenges facing these beautiful animals, including the story of a very special squirrel the saved ‘Queen Oscar’!

From monitoring squirrel populations to raising awareness about the threats they face, Sarah and Jerry are making a real difference for the future of our red squirrels. We’re so proud to have had them stay with us and to share in their journey, even if just for a few days!

Say hello to Munro, Mittens, and Minnie; our curious trio of croft cats who love to keep an eye on everything that happens here at Loch Shin Pods! 👀🐱

Whether they’re sunbathing, weaving through the wildflowers, or sneaking a peek at new guests arriving, these three are part of the charm and character of life on the croft.

They’re friendly, independent, and always up to something... so don’t be surprised if you see them roaming around during your stay! 🐾☀️
