Thinking outside the box!

The last 12 months and moving to online workouts has meant I’ve had to be creative. I’ve had to think about how to keep classes interesting, challenging, and full of variety whilst using equipment that is accessible, affordable, easy to store and suitable in a home environment.

This is where the inexpensive resistance band (£4.99 approx for a pack of 3) really proves its worth. Having used them frequently in Fitcamp’s they are now going down a storm in regular sessions, particularly our Saturday morning Strength, Sculpt and Stretch class.

Full body workouts are entirely possible and producing feedback like this;

We charge a one off joining membership fee and a low cost monthly subscription. You are not tied into a contract and can cancel your subscription at any time.

We offer live classes, pre recorded videos, nutrition workshops and blogs. We are a team of female, qualified, experienced, personal trainers and instructors, who love what we do!

A huge range of classes on offer; Hiit, yoga, dance fitness, strength and conditioning, cardio, abs and more. There is pretty much something for everyone.
