"34 of us, with ages ranging from 21 to 70, have recently enjoyed a fantastic weekend staying at Hamps Hall and Barn. The venue was perfect for a large group with excellent facilities, large lounge and dining rooms, comfortable bedrooms, ideally suited for internal and external games, good pub less than half a mile walk away, and excellent location for walks in the Peak District. Would also highly recommend the Dinner Party Company who prepared, cooked, served(and cleared up) a fantastic 3-course dinner on site on the Saturday evening." - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We'd love to say a big thank you to Katherine D. for her glowing review of Hamps Hall and Barn!

"Booked a weekend at Hamps Hall and Barn over the weekend prior to Christmas.
The whole place was very welcoming and clean. It is an old building so it’s taken a few knocks no doubt but it was very homely and comfortable for our large group of extended family. The children ( 11 of them ) particularly enjoyed the games room and the amount of space and corridors to run and chase around !
The large reception room was big enough for some very enthusiastic dancing! Plenty of amenities and equipment in the kitchen as well as books and games in the library and reception rooms to keep everyone entertained.
We had to contact the maintenance team who answered our needs very promptly and graciously for minor issues with no fuss whatsoever.
Felt the team really wanted to look after their guests
The lower ground floor rooms were bit cold but the beds were very comfortable and snuggly warm- elsewhere was toasty warm despite the very cold windy weather conditions we had.
All guests were very positive about their stay." ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

"Had the most wonderful weekend in this accommodation for a friends fairytale wedding. 90 people from all over the world converged and we laughed, danced and drank our way into the night. Facilities excellent, blazing wood burners, underfloor heating and super comfy beds. Exactly what we all wanted. Can’t recommend this enough for group bookings who value an intimate and unique environment for celebrating special events.
