It's time to really start exploring the world - with all of your senses! Unique & life changing trips to destinations worldwide.

We take groups of vision impaired and fully sighted travellers on holiday together to share the adventure. Traveleyes was founded in 2004 by the blind entrepreneur, Amar Latif. We are the world’s first commercial tour operator providing independent travel for people who are blind or partially sighted. Blind travellers can simply choose a holiday from our fully accessible website or audio brochure, then just book, and go! Those who travel solo no longer have to depend on family members or friends to accompany them on holiday. Sighted travellers join each holiday too. They help in making the world a more accessible place by guiding and describing the sights to our blind travellers. In return, sighted travellers benefit from a discount of up to 50% on each holiday. Each holiday itinerary is carefully hand-made by our expert team, with a focus on stimulating all of the five senses. This means that we can guarantee a truly unique and multi-sensory travel experience. Our holiday destinations cover Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia and the Americas. Due to the wide range of holidays on offer, we divide them into the following categories: Discovery Tours, City Breaks, Activity Breaks, Sun, Sea & Sand and UK Breaks.

Today we're marking White Cane Awareness Day. 👨🏾‍🦯

Our founder and director Amar Latif shares a personal message about his relationship with his white cane, from feeling embarrassed to recognising it as an important part of who he is.

Since first getting his cane at 18, it has played a huge role in helping Amar build his independence and confidence, giving him greater freedom to navigate the world. It also helps other people recognise that he is blind, whether that means offering assistance or simply making space to avoid an accidental collision!

For anyone who just starting their journey with a white cane, Amar has an important message: "Give yourself time. What might initially feel daunting or uncomfortable can become an invaluable part of everyday life, helping you build confidence, gain independence and navigate the world on your own terms. By embracing your cane you'll discover the freedom it can bring."

At Traveleyes, we believe in a world where blind and vision impaired people can explore, travel and live life with greater confidence and independence. This day is about raising awareness, challenging misconceptions and recognising the important role the white cane plays in making that possible.

Our travellers had an absolute blast discovering beautiful Brecon and the surrounding Welsh countryside! From venturing deep underground at Big Pit and striking their own coins at The Royal Mint 🪙to discovering the secrets of Welsh gin at Hensol Castle! 🍸

And it seems the fun didn't stop at the end of each day... apparently, the accommodation staff had never heard quite so much laughter! 😃

From Edinburgh’s atmospheric Old Town to the wild landscapes of the Scottish Highlands and the remote islands of Orkney, this is a trip packed with history, culture and dramatic scenery.

🌎 Ecuador & The Galápagos trip number two!

Our second trip to Ecuador and the Galápagos was a real cultural delight, giving our travellers the chance to experience the people, traditions, flavours and stories that make this part of the world so special.

From discovering local culture and meeting the Sacha Warmikuna women of Otavalo, to learning about their traditions and cooking local dishes, there were plenty of opportunities to connect with Ecuador beyond its incredible landscapes and wildlife.

And, of course, there was still time for some Galápagos magic along the way! 🐢🌋
