And while we’ve officially reached our incredible milestone of 100 walks for 100 years of Portsmouth, the adventures certainly aren’t stopping there!

100 walks. 100 years of Portsmouth. One very special reason behind it all.

What started as a passion for sharing Portsmouth’s incredible history has become something so much bigger.

Throughout 2026, we’ve been celebrating our city’s centenary with 100 historic walks, bringing people together, sharing stories and raising awareness and vital funds for local mental health and su***de prevention charities.

Reaching our 100th walk was an incredible milestone, but for John, it’s never just been about the number.

It’s about the people we meet, the conversations we have and the difference we can make in our community, one walk at a time.

To everyone who has walked alongside us, supported our fundraising or helped make this challenge possible, thank you 💙

Here’s to Portsmouth, its people and the power of walking with purpose.

Monday 19th October marks our 100th walk for 100 years of Portsmouth!

To celebrate, our Mental Health Monday Nelson’s Legacy Walk will become walk number 100, and we’re hoping to bring together 100 people to join us and mark this incredible milestone. 💙⚓

Whether you’ve walked with us before or this will be your very first, we’d love you to be part of it.

100 walks. 100 years of Portsmouth. One very special morning.

On Monday 19th October at 10am, we’ll reach an incredible milestone as our Mental Health Monday Nelson’s Legacy Walk becomes the 100th walk in our 100 Walks for 100 Years of Portsmouth challenge.

To mark the occasion, we want to bring together 100 walkers, charity workers, sponsors and supporters for a special commemorative photoshoot before setting off on walk number 100, joined by the Lord Mayor.

If you’ve walked with us this year, supported our fundraising, worked alongside us or simply share our love for Portsmouth and its history, we’d love you to be there.

Make the most of the last of the summer and help us count down to something very special…

We’re getting closer to completing our 100 Walks for 100 Years of Portsmouth challenge, and the date for walk number 100 is officially in the diary!

On Monday 19th October at 10am, our Mental Health Monday Nelson’s Legacy Walk will become our landmark 100th walk, with the Lord Mayor joining us for this special occasion.

We’re also hoping to bring together 100 walkers, charity workers and sponsors for a commemorative photoshoot before we set off.

Until then, there are still plenty of opportunities to squeeze in a walk, enjoy the last of the summer and help us continue the journey towards 100.

Our Mental Health Mondays bring together fresh air, fascinating local history and an opportunity to connect, all while raising vital funds and awareness for su***de prevention charities.

At the heart of these Mondays is our Nelson’s Legacy Walk, taking you through Portsmouth’s incredible naval history while creating space for conversation and connection along the way. ⚓

The walks are completely free to book, with donations welcomed in support of our chosen charities.
