We explored Hollywood Boulevard, Rodeo Drive, Sunset Drive and
Beverly Hills.

Some of the excursion was guided however we had plenty of free time too.

Having a lovely time on my Ruby Princess educational in the USA. It has been a great experience so far.

Today we've done a behind the scenes Galley tour and it was absolutely fascinating to see where all the food is created. The team work so hard to produce the delicious dishes served in the various restaurants on board. The scale of the Galley is incredible, from bread roll makers, to giant mixers, to the vast soup stations, the equipment is on a completely different level!

They are flying into Chicago for a few days and then travelling by train to Memphis for 3 days, Jackson for 2 days and finally the fabulous New Orleans for 5 days.

On Wednesday 09 September, I'm flying off to San Francisco to join Ruby Princess with a few other travel agents to experience the delights of cruising with Princess ๐Ÿ›ณ.

We will be sailing down the Californian coast to Mexico with a full on itinerary visiting Catalina Island, Los Angeles, San Diego and Ensenada.
