It’s been so lovely sharing some of my homegrown apples from the garden with our cottage guests! 🍎 They're super tasty, completely chemical-free, and actually the only apples I can eat without triggering my allergies (bye-bye, shop-bought ones! 👋🏾 ).
Love doing that little bit extra to make our guests feel right at home at our cottages! ✨

Enjoyed a fab afternoon in a Keswick last week.
This pic's the view down to Bassenwaithe Lake as we drove up into Whinlatter Forest. 🤩

Keswick isn't too far from us and the cottages. It's where we often go for a night out. And we're getting to that time of year that I love Keswick the most, Christmas!!! 🎄

Always tell our guests Keswick is worth a stop, if you can fit it in. It makes a fab little road trip with stunning views, around an hour away. 🚙

As October comes to a close, I’m taking a quiet moment to just be grateful. 🙏🏾

It is so easy to always chase what’s next, but today I’m pausing to appreciate exactly what I have and the life we’ve built 🏡.
I’ve had another month of genuine happiness, spending time with friends and loved ones. Am doing exactly what I love — living here in West Cumbria, enjoying the Lake District and helping our wonderful guests experience the very best of what this area has to offer. 🍂⛰️

Can’t believe a whole month has passed since I hopped on the train to London to kick off the ultimate girls’ trip! 🚂✨ Marmaris and Rhodes delivered nothing but endless laughter, alot of sunshine and a chance to don a cossie, and the best vibes. 😂☀️👙
Honestly, what more could a girl ask for? Been meaning to post a few of our snaps so here goes!🇬🇷🇹🇷

The clocks go back 1 hour at 2am tonight.
The official end of UK summer time. 😕
But the good news is an extra hour in bed for our cottage guests and for the rest of us. 😁
Tomorrow I'll be busy changing all our clocks at the cottages, including these ones at Gosforth, once our guests check out and getting ready for our half term visitors.
