North Cornwall has a front-row seat. 🌘
On Wednesday 12 August, our coastline will be one of the best places in the UK to experience the partial solar eclipse.
From 6.18pm, the Moon will begin to move across the Sun, reaching its peak at 7.15pm, when around 95% of it will be covered, before the eclipse comes to an end at 8.09pm.
It's not every summer evening that something like this happens. Find a quiet stretch of coastline, take a seat on the sand, or settle onto the terrace with a glass in hand, and watch one of nature's most remarkable displays unfold above the Atlantic.
✨ Where will you be watching from?
Please remember to use certified eclipse glasses to view the eclipse safely.
