Hidden away on the harbour, the National Lobster Hatchery is home to thousands of baby lobsters before they're released into Cornish waters.

It's fascinating, surprisingly hands-on, and the kind of place children (and grown-ups) end up talking about long after they've left.

Definitely worth adding to the itinerary 🙌

Up early, straight to the coast, towel over your shoulder… a quick plunge into fresh water, and suddenly whatever you arrived carrying feels miles away.
