Well I never thought I’d be going back into education at my age!

Turns out I could now teach!

Maybe some part time lecturing.

Those little buggers better behave!

Not every office comes with The Vaccines playing outside. 🎶

Ours is tucked just behind the stage — a pretty good reminder of how cool a location we get to call work.

Historic brickwork, brilliant lighting, a courtyard full of people and live music on the doorstep. As an architect, it’s lovely to see buildings providing the backdrop — and people bringing the place to life.

Not a bad spot for the day job. 📍

A bold new workplace taking shape…

It’s always exciting when an idea moves from drawings and colour studies into something you can physically walk through.

Our latest office project brings a confident, contemporary intervention into a characterful industrial building. Strong blocks of red, ochre, cream, teal and blue create a clear identity, while the original brickwork, exposed steelwork and services remain visible around it.

The curved feature installation is now being assembled on site, bringing another layer of movement and detail to the space.

There’s still work to do, but the personality of the finished office is already beginning to emerge.

A brilliant effort from everyone involved in turning the concept into reality.

Every great project starts with a conversation.

Sometimes it starts with an empty room.

This incredible former mill floor has stood waiting for its next chapter. Exposed brickwork. Original steel trusses. Incredible natural light. A space full of character… and possibility.

Over the past few months we’ve been quietly developing a concept to transform it into something completely different.

For now, we have to keep our client under wraps, but trust us—this is one of those projects we’re genuinely excited about.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be sharing the design journey from this empty industrial shell through sketches, concepts, visualisations and, eventually, the finished space.

What would you create here?
