Happy Sunny Monday!

Well, this Monday has absolutely flown by, I’ve been ploughing though getting everyone checked in for my July departures today ✈️

I’ve been so busy today that I completely forgot about lunch… but thankfully my wonderful hubby came to the rescue and brought some in for me. 🥰🍴

It’s the little things that make the biggest difference, especially on those hectic days. Feeling very grateful today for the support, the smiles, and even a surprise lunch delivery! 💜

Out on a 5km walk, getting the steps in while delivering tickets to my customers along the way. Great to combine a bit of fitness with a bit of business!

Even better when I’ve got Kenny by my side keeping me company on the journey. 🐾

Fresh air, happy customers, and good company, not a bad way to spend a Friday evening .

On what has been a very wet, miserable and rainy day so far , I’ve just received the most beautiful surprise 🤩, a stunning bouquet of flowers from some very special customers. 💐

These customers were due to be enjoying their holiday in Madeira this week, but unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions, their flight was unable to land and was diverted back to Bristol after an incredibly long and exhausting journey. After flying to Madeira and then landing in Porto, and then circling Madeira several times again (spending around 12 hours travelling), they ended up right back where they started.

The very next morning, I got straight to work. I welcomed them back into the office, helped them rebook the exact same holiday for two weeks’ time, secured them a fantastic deal, and assisted them with submitting claims for all of their out-of-pocket expenses.

This morning, as a thank you, these wonderful customers sent me the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers. I was completely overwhelmed 🥰

They have supported my business from day one, and year after year they continue to trust me with their holidays. Their loyalty, kindness and continued support mean more than words can say.

Moments like this remind me exactly why I love what I do. It’s never just about booking a holiday, it’s about looking after people when things don’t go to plan and helping make things right again.

A huge thank you to these lovely customers for such a thoughtful gesture. It is truly appreciated 💜

Good evening everyone, 👋

I hope you’re all having a lovely week so far. I can’t believe we are nearly half way through the year and although the sun still seems to be hiding behind those grey clouds, the office has been full of sunshine today with lots of fantastic late summer deals coming through this week☀️

Today I’ve booked a lovely family off to Costa Dorada 🇪🇸, another family to beautiful Mallorca 🇪🇸, and a lovely young couple for a romantic weekend in Rome 🇮🇹

I also spent most of my morning helping some wonderful customers who were due to start their holiday in Madeira yesterday. Unfortunately, bad weather meant they never made it to their resort, but after getting straight on the case this morning, I’ve managed to rebook their holiday for two weeks’ time 🇵🇹

Looking after my customers is always my top priority, and I’m here every step of the way to make sure you get the holiday you deserve, even when things don’t quite go to plan.

Tomorrow, I’m taking a well-earned day out of the office as I begin my 50th birthday celebrations in style! 🎉🥂 I’ll be heading to the Nirvana Spa with friends for a luxury retreat filled with relaxation, pampering, and plenty of time to recharge before I’m back in the office on Thursday, refreshed and ready to help with more holiday plans.
