What a lovely surprise to receive these beautiful flowers today, all the way from our friends in New Zealand! 🇳🇿

They were sent as a thank you following a recent educational group tour we organised through Italy and Greece.

As anyone working in group travel knows, things don’t always go quite to plan — and sometimes it’s what happens when the unexpected occurs that really makes the difference!

For us, the job doesn’t end once an itinerary has been finalised. Being there to help when plans change is just as important as all the planning that goes into a trip.
