Last week I conducted water tests on a culvert that is situated approximately 100yrds away from the Northamptonshire office of the Environment Agency. When a test showed that there is a contamination problem, I repeated the test another five times just to make sure. Three of those tests were conducted in front of two cameras for credibility purposes. I walked into E.A's office to only be given a phone to call it in as if I would at home. Their landline didnt work funnily enough ๐ค. The video is now up on YouTube and a fellow eco warrior reported the issue to E.A last week.
Yesterday Monday 31st August 2026, Leanne, Tommy, Toby and myself visited the location to see what the brook looks like considering the heavy down pours of rain that fell since reporting this issue. I hope E.A got to this quick because if they didn't what ever was in there, is now in the Slade brook. Makes me think about how many more culverts around the country bleed heavy metals into our waterways.
P.S Testing was carried out the day my bus lost me a days work. Everything happens for a reason and im guessing water testing was why.
