FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – TERN 32

Where is Tern 32?

Pinewoods Holiday Park, Beach Road, Wells-next-the-Sea, NR23 1DR.

How many bedrooms are there?

Two bedrooms plus a double sofa bed:

Bedroom 1 – King-size bed
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds
Living room – Double sofa bed

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes. We provide dog bowls and a throw for the settee. Please bring extra throws if you have several dogs. Dogs must be kept on leads around the park and not left unattended.

How many cars can we bring?

Two cars may park beside the caravan. Additional cars must use the main car park and obtain a permit from reception. Please send us all car registrations two weeks before arrival.

Is bedding provided?

Yes. Please tell us before arrival which beds you need made up.

Are towels provided?

We provide hand towels and bath mats. Please bring bath sheets and beach towels.

What essentials are provided?

Starter supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, hand soap, washing-up liquid, dish cloth, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and oven gloves. These may not last for your full stay.

Do you have games?

Yes, we have a games box for rainy days.

Do you provide a barbecue?

No, but you may bring a properly constructed barbecue. Disposable barbecues are not permitted.

Can I charge an electric car at the caravan?

No. Please use Pinewoods’ official Park & Recharge points.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, although it can occasionally be temperamental.

How do we receive arrival information?

Directions, access details and the key-safe code are sent privately before your stay.
