Mallorca Part 2: 🏝️

After our amazing farm stay in Costitx, we headed to the north and stayed at Zafiro Palace Alcudia, a lively family hotel with plenty of pools, fun activities for the children and a beautiful beach just a short walk away.

It was the complete opposite to our farm stay and the perfect balance for us.
The beach walk at sunset is magical 🌅.

A special shout out to Zafiro Hotels for how they handle allergens! One of our sons has a peanut allergy, which always makes eating out a worry. The hotel assured me his allergy would be fully accommodated and gave us an allergen card to show at each restaurant. He also got his very own Nutella jar so he could safely enjoy pancakes 🥞 every morning.

A definite win for us! 💛

Great day out watching superyachts, buying far too many sweets for the boys, dipping our feet in the water and soaking up more sunshine! Gosh it was very hot yesterday, around 34 degrees.

It’s about an hour from where we’re staying at the moment but such a lovely drive, especially passing through the pretty little fishing village of Portopetro next to Cala d’Or.

The beach was busy but it was definitely worth the trip. If you haven’t been before, pop it on your list.

Hello from sunny Mallorca! 🌞
Sorry for the radio silence, but I had to take a couple of days off to relax and take it all in.

We’ve made it to beautiful Mallorca! I have to admit we haven’t seen much of the island yet, but from what we have seen, we’re already in love 😍.

For our first stop, we’ve chosen to stay at ‘Agroturismo Ses Illes’ as we were looking for quiet accommodation, somewhere to slow down and simply enjoy a few days just us as a family. And I have to say this family-run farm is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we had imagined it to be. Away from the hustle and bustle, quiet and peaceful.

We’ve rented a small apartment which suits us perfectly. It’s got a little kitchenette, a lounge with a sofa bed for the boys, and a downstairs bedroom that’s cosy and cool.
Right on our doorstep is a shared pool with a couple of other apartments, but no one has really used it much except us 😆.
It’s just perfect!

We also love the animals who live on the farm, three donkeys, one pig, one cat and Winfurd the dog 🐶💕

We couldn’t have picked a better place to start our family holiday 🥰

Here’s to a few days of pool time, belly flops, diving for coins, snack breaks, and doing it all over again! 🍉💦

Hi Everyone 🌞

Out of office is on and the alarm is set for 2AM 😅!!!

It will be our first time visiting Mallorca. I know lots of you have been before so if you have any tips on must-see places, hidden gems, or favourite restaurants and beaches I would absolutely love to hear them. Please pop any tips in the comments below.

We’ve hired a car and will be staying in two different locations trying to see as much of the island as we can, as much as we want, and as much as the boys will allow us!

I absolutely loved putting this trip together for my lovely clients 🇮🇹

Chloe and Luke got in touch after a lovely referral from one of my regular clients(🙏)and asked me to help plan their Italian holiday.

They fell in love with Italy last year when they visited Rome and the nearby coast, and this time they wanted to explore even more.

Travelling by train was the perfect way to experience the beauty of the country.
