Hello fellow investors,
Due to my personal circumstances I am no longer able to complete the purchase on this fabulous Investment in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, City Centre Birmingham UK (see attached brochure).
I know a lot of investors are interested in this lucrative area and in particular this development in St Paul's Square.
This luxury apartment is the crème de crème of all the apartments in this development, with 2 double bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms and a large outside terrace (see attached picture).
I have found myself in the unenviable position of being on the verge of losing my life savings of £113,000, the deposit I've already paid.
I am open to any proposals that will allow me to keep some if not all my deposit and am looking to either; find a cash buyer, a new investor to reassign the contract, or a JV partner?
