Please ignore the 1* rating a recent guest left me on Booking.com... Having said what a wonderful stay he and his adult son had at my beautiful chalet and how clean they had left it, he took umbrage when I challenged him about some significant damage they had caused. No apology. Just abuse. And a 1* rating. Sadly, I can't respond to a rating without comments, which is why he hasn't attempted to back up his low rating... because there is no justification for it. Vindictive behaviour. My 14 other reviews are mostly 9s and 10s, hence my 9.1 current rating. Some people have no respect😢
