Fantastic few days in Bucharest attending the TTNG travel conference. Really interesting speakers Ryan Parke on men’s wellbeing (incredibly interesting) and Sebastian Coe on how he changed how he trained but also how he approached it mentally… to help him win, so good. Brilliant evening at an open air restaurant followed by a fun fun karaoke 🎤after party. Last night awards evening held at the Romanian parliament building followed by Music from Rick Parfitts son’s Rock band.. they were fabulous!!

Just visited Munich and Berlin, both cities are vibrant, beautiful and were getting ready for the Euros!!
