There is a £100 Respect and Replace REFUNDABLE damage waiver fee, which is usually refunded within 48hrs of the cleaner attending, provided there is no damage incurred.
NB; There is also an additional £20 charge if you bring a furbaby. (£30 for two dogs). (Unless registered service dogs-documents will need to be seen).
