We are recruiting! Do you want to be an Outdoor Activity Instructor? A2Z Adventures are seeking a multi activity instructor. No experience necessary, motivation and enthusiasm are what we are looking for 😁👍
Activities you will have an active interest in, must include (but not limited to) Expedition Leadership⛺, Navigation, Archery🎯, Air rifle shooting, Survival and Bushcraft skills. Climbing and water based activities are a plus ⛰.
The role involves delivering exciting and challenging sessions for young people and adults. Full training will be given including qualifications if the right candidate doesn't have them already. Working hours will include weekdays, weekends, evenings and school holidays.
The potential candidate must demonstrate a high level of motivation, resilience and integrity. You must be energetic, enthusiastic and want to have fun!
The potential candidate must also be entirely comfortable working in an outdoor environment, some experience of working with young people would be preferred. Full training will be given.

Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.This is a part time position (20 hours per week minimum) increasing to full time based upon business requirements. This is a demanding, but fun and rewarding role. 18 years and over only need apply.
